2 cups rolled oats (not quick cook)
2tsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp ground ginger
1/4tsp ground nutmeg

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 and 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
