Deliciously moist pumpkin roulade filled with light and fluffy cream cheese filling!

1 cup (125g) plain flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 large eggs
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
½ cup (120g) pumpkin puree
1 and ¼ cups (175g) icing sugar, sifted
¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (225g) cream cheese
