Fall is a few days away and I am ready for it! 65* here today so why not some amazing pumpkin cupcakes with a simple cream cheese cinnamon frosting.

Pumpkin Cupcake
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
ΒΌ cup butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
