1 cup cashew pieces
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
10 pitted mejool dates
2 tablespoons whole flaxseed
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
dash of salt
For the chocolate:
1/2 cup semi sweet dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree

For the chocolate:
1/2 cup semi sweet dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
In a food processor, add cashew pieces and pulse until fine.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and blend until forms into a large ball.
Using a cookie scoop measure out date mixture and roll...
