…And the pumpkin feast continues!! I love pumpkins and cooking with pumpkins. I also have a lot of them from farmer’s market trips and pumpkin patches. So I must keep cooking with pumpkins and coming up with fun ways to use pumpkin puree. I feel like my boys are getting a little tired of pumpkin pancakes so I made this french toast for them. 2 eggs
2 tbs whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg and allspice

8 slices of French bread, sliced at an angle
2 tbs oil
