½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
225g caster sugar
335g pumpkin puree
160ml milk
For the Nutella Sauce
280g Nutella
60ml milk
For the Nutella Frosting
170g cream cheese, softened
85g unsalted butter, softened
95g icing sugar
140g Nutella
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
