A low fat, delicious dessert for Halloween, Thanksgiving or any time of the year!

1 pkg. instant sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding
2 cups 1% milk
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin
1 cup of frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling on top
Cinnamon sticks and candy corn for decoration
Whipped cream in a can to decorate the top

Whipped cream in a can to decorate the top
In a large bowl mix the pudding and milk until thick (about 3 minutes), add pumpkin and cinnamon. Fold in whipped topping and chill for 2 hours.
Serve in wine glasses, topped with whipped cream and candy...
