Classic pumpkin roll with apple butter cream cheese filling.

3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. fresh pumpkin puree (or canned pumpkin)
1 t. lemon juice
powdered sugar

For the filling:
6 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter, softened
1/2 c. Musselman's Apple Butter
2 c. powdered sugar
