Soft, cakey pumpkin cookies spiced with cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg.

2/3 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
3/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup dark molasses
