These perfectly golden, flaky Pumpkin Spice Croissant Doughnuts are ridiculously easy to make and utterly divine.

Two 12oz rolls of Croissant dough (I used Jus-Rol)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 and ½tsp ground cinnamon
¾tsp ground ginger
½tsp ground nutmeg
½tsp ground cloves
½tsp ground all spice
