Fudge is one of our go-to desserts – if you couldn’t tell, we think fudge and marshmallows go hand-in-hand (just take a look at our Rocky Road Fudge or our Andes Mint Fudge). With over 30 types of Jet-Puffed, the possibilities are ENDLESS! As soon as I laid my eyes on their delicious Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows, I knew something magical was in store. I paired them with a classic pumpkin fudge recipe, and it was a HOME RUN!

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup half & half
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup JET-PUFFED Pumpkin Spice Mallows
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

The old-fashioned beans cook slowly in the oven for hours, developing a rich, thick sauce. 1 lb. dried navy or Great Northern beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
