Your perfect base recipe for crunchy Pumpkin Spice Granola. Ready for whatever add ins you want, but also delicious on its own!

3 cups rolled oats, not quick cook
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 and ½tsp ground cinnamon
¾tsp ground ginger
¾tsp ground nutmeg
½tsp ground cloves
½tsp ground allspice
½tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable/sunflower oil
1tbsp maple syrup
½ cup pumpkin pureé, not pie filling
½ - ¾ cup add ins (optional): pumpkin seed, cranberries, pecans etc.
