This coffee cake can be enjoyed in the morning, or as a dessert, and goes perfectly with a cup of coffee. This is a recipe my mom has made for many years before passing it down to me! Enjoy!

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
