Quick Healthy Egg White Omelet

I was not planning on writing about this, but since I am making an effort to eat healthier low carb breakfasts I thought I would share. This omelet is such an easy thing to make if you prep the vegetables and fruits ahead of time. There are so many variations you can make too to personalize it to your palette and it only takes about five minutes!

spray cooking oil
1 c egg white
1/2 c of onion, bell pepper, tomato mixture that as been diced and sauteed ahead of time
1 slice of low-fat jalapeno munster cheese
1 quarter of an avocado sliced or diced
hot sauce
1 c egg white
1/2 c of onion, bell pepper, tomato mixture that as been diced and sauteed ahead of time
1 slice of low-fat jalapeno munster cheese
1 quarter of an avocado sliced or diced
hot sauce
Spray the omelet pan with the cooking oil and heat on a medium heat for maybe 45 seconds to 1 minute
After the pan is heated pour the egg whites in and cook until almost done
Add the slice of cheese broken...
