This Smores Mug Cake Recipe is a combination of chocolate cake, marshmallow, chocolate & cookie which takes 2 minutes to cook.

1/2 cup 65g plain (AP) flour
1/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
¼ cup cocoa (I used dutch processed for the dark colour)
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup 115g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 Granita (digestive biscuits) (note 1)
50 g milk or dark chocolate, in large chunks
2 jumbo marshmallows (about 30g each or equiv.)
