It's National Pancake Day Yummies. That means it's time to bust out those beaters, crack some eggs and…boil some quinoa?! No, we haven't been sniffing the peppermint extract, we've been experimenting the way good Yumologists do. Quinoa is such a diverse grain it can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 cups of cooked quinoa
3/4 cup of egg whites
3/4 cup of whole milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 sliced blood orange
