Healthy, easy, and delicious meal.

1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 chicken bullion cube (or veggetable bullion for vegetarian meal)
3 cups frozen veggies
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Place water, quinoa, and bullion cube into a pot and boil according to directions on quinoa packaging. Meanwhile, saute the vegetables in the oil. When vegetables and quinoa are fully cooked, mix together and enjoy.
