A delicious blend of veggies and toasted goodness...a perfect side for any picnic!
6
1/2 cup butter
Two 3oz. packages of Ramen Noodles (broken up; do not use the seasoning package)
6 Tlbs. sesame seeds
2 - 4oz. packages of sliced almonds (or more if you like lots of almonds!)
2-4 chopped green onions, depending on how much you like onions.
1 bag broccoli slaw (this can be found in the produce section, usually by the bagged lettuce)
Dressing:
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup oil (I've used vegetable, olive and canola...so whichever you prefer!)
1 cup sugar
4 Tlbs. soy sauce

1. Melt the butter. Add Ramen, sesame seeds, and almonds. Cook, stirring until lightly toasted.
2. Chop the green onions and mix with the broccoli slaw.
3. Stir the slaw and toasted mixture together in a large bowl.
4. Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender until frothy.
5. Coat the slaw and noodle mixture with dressing right before served! I typically do not use all of the dressing and simply save the rest for later!
6. Enjoy!
