This cheese ball is a hit every time I serve it! Who doesn't love ham and cheese?

8oz cream cheese (I prefer light because it is softer and easier to spread)
1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix (I used homemade)
1/2-3/4 cup very finely diced ham (I chopped mine in the food processor)
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4-1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
