This recipe for a ranch pasta salad brings the triple threat of ham, cheddar, and ranch to your kitchen table. So, all of you folks looking for an easy to make, 'better than the box' pasta salad, this is for you!
1 cup Greek yogurt (fat free is great!)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch dressing mix, plus extra, to taste, if desired
1 lb rotini pasta, cooked
2 large carrots
1½- 2 cups broccoli
1 cup ham
1 cup cheddar cheese
½ yellow bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
