For the Panna Cotta:
1 cup milk
1 cup double cream
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/8tsp ground allspice
1/4 cup caster sugar
2.5 gelatine leaves

2 cups V8 Raspberry and Beetroot Juice
1/4 cup caster sugar
4.5 gelatine leaves
