These two Ingredient Raspberry and White Chocolate Cups are ridiculously easy to make and delicious. The best part? They\\\'re no bake!

1lb good quality white chocolate, I used Green and Blacks
10oz raspberry jam (seedless or not, whichever you prefer!)
Line a cupcake tray with 10 cupcake cases. Place 8oz/225g of the white chocolate into a heat proof bowl and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted....
