A sugar cookie “cup” filled with raspberry jam and topped with white chocolate frosting and a fresh raspberry.

1¾ cups (252 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, soft
1 cup (200 grams) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

White Chocolate Frosting
2 ounces white chocolate
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, soft
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
