¼ cup white granulated sugar
2 Tbs unsalted butter
6 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
2 Tbs unsalted butter melted
For the lemon cured
1 cup white granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
1½ Tbs lemon zest

1 tsp corn starch
2 eggs, lightly beaten
