Vibrant & delightfully, delicious Red Velvet Cake Bars loaded with layers of White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Coconut and Almonds!

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon liquid red food coloring
1 1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup dark chocolate chopped in chunks or dark chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chopped in chunks or white chocolate chips
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup almonds chopped or sliced
