Red Velvet Bundt Cake Recipe

Your family will absolutey love the red velvet bundt cake. It's so easy to make and very moist!

Ingredients:
1 (15.25 oz) package Red Velvet cake mix
1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix (you could also use vanilla if you wanted to)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup white chocolate chips (optional, but I love them in this recipe)

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
