A red velvet cake mix is turned into a cookie! Topped with cream cheese frosting, this is the best of both worlds; perfect for Valentine's!

For the Cookie
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
For the Frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon heavy whipping cream, optional
1 box red velvet cake mix

For the Frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
