Red White and Blue Layered Jell-O

This Jell-O is so pretty! I love the alternating layers of clear and opaque that give this Jell-O it’s signature look. Now, I did learn a few things while making this that I wish to pass along: Black Cherry Jell-O looks more purple than red – so skip out on that purchase. Also, I didn’t notice this until I reached the top layer, but my pan wasn’t level in my fridge! It was only slightly off, but it made a huge difference when I got near the end. 2 small boxes (3 oz.) Red Jell-O (any flavor)
-2 small boxes (3 oz.) Blue Jell-O (any flavor)
-1 Box (1 oz.) Knox Unflavored Gelatin
OR any equivalent in uncolored gelatin
-2 cups plain yogurt OR sour cream (divided)
-4 Tbs. sugar (divided) if using unflavored gelatin
-6 cups water (divided)
-2 small boxes (3 oz.) Blue Jell-O (any flavor)
-1 Box (1 oz.) Knox Unflavored Gelatin
OR any equivalent in uncolored gelatin
-2 cups plain yogurt OR sour cream (divided)
-4 Tbs. sugar (divided) if using unflavored gelatin
-6 cups water (divided)
Boil one cup of water and add one package of red Jell-O. Stir until dissolved.
