2 cans Corned Beef
1 package Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Swiss Vheese, shredded
1 - 1 1/2 cups Sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Ketsup
1 tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
Cocktail Rye Bread or Ritz Crackers
Fry up the 2 cans of Corned Beef. Combined the beef, cream cheese, Swiss , sauerkraut, sour cream, Ketsup, and mustard. Put into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake 30 minutes , until bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve on rye bread or crackers.
