Rhubarb Custard Pie

1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
3 cups rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 teaspoons Minute Tapioca
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Place diced rhubarb into pie shell. Mix sugar, flour, tapioca, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Stir in eggs and butter until well mixed. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. ...
