Rhubarb tart with citrus glaze

A super simple dessert that takes little effort, but delivers on great taste. The citrus glaze livens up the sweet and soft rhubarb on a bed of buttery puff pastry. Using ready-made pastry sheets cuts down on the prep time.

1 sheet of puff pastry, removed from the the fridge to bring it up to room temp
400g of rhubarb stalks, rinsed and cut into 1/8 inch slices diagonally
3 oranges
1 lemon
