Rich Caramel Syrup

This recipe is an adaptation of Kneaders' caramel syrup.

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/4 c. butter (salted!)

1/4 c. heavy whipping cream

1/2 c. light corn syrup
In a large saucepan, stir together brown sugar, butter, cream, and corn syrup. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until ingredients have melted and are incorporated. Let cool slightly before serving. Syrup will thicken as it sits.
