Ridiculously Healthy Blueberry Mango Smoothie

One tablespoon of small but mighty chia seeds provide 6 grams of fiber, 2.9 grams of Omega 3 and 3 grams of protein. This combined with an anti-oxident wonder, better known as blueberries, pack a powerful punch with their mango, yogurt and stevia side-kicks. Stevia, by the way, is an herbal sweetener which is both calorie and sugar free! Best of all, this smoothie is not only ridculously healthy, it's ridiculously delicious!

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 1gram packet of stevia (I got mine from Trader Joe's)
optional ingredients: a spoonful of shredded coconut, 1 banana, 1 serving whey protein powder
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
