Ridiculously Healthy & Delicious Blueberry Mango Smoothie

The antioxident wonder, otherwise knows as the blueberry, teams up with Omega-3 packed chia seeds, tropical mangos and the amazing herbal sweetener stevia, which is both calorie free and sugar free, to make a riduculously healthy and delicious smoothie.

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 cup almond milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 packet stevia (.035 oz) I bought mine from Trader Joe's
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Optional: banana, coconut flakes, whey protein powder
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined to desired consistency.
