Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Garlic Yogurt Sauce

This roasted asparagus is super easy to make but loaded with delicious flavor!

1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 C plain Greek (or regular) yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/8 tsp white pepper
fresh lemon zest, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
