Easy and delicious hummus with roasted garlic flavor.

1 large head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2- 15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3-4 tablespoons chickpea liquid, from the can
