Roasting garlic is super-duper easy & the results are mouth-watering. Once you’ve roasted garlic you’ll wonder why you’ve never done it before or why you don’t do it more often. The latter describes me, and I’ve now started roasting big batches, refrigerating and then using at will in all sorts of recipes. This spread goes along nicely with some Bagel Chips or a fresh baguette and even better with a glass of red wine. Now go start roasting, you won’t be sorry!
