Roasted Potatoes Side dish at dinner time

3 potatoes
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to season
1. Peel the potatoes and put into a saucepan to boil for 7 minutes on a medium heat. 2. Remove from heat, drain & place into oven tray covering with the extra Virgin Olive oil. 3. Preheat the oven at 180*C and place in oven for 40 minutes turning occasionally. 4. Remove from oven when golden brown & serve on a side dish. 5. Season to taste.
