Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Cream cheese is combined with roasted red peppers and cheddar cheese for a delicious spread.

12 ounce jar roasted red pepper, drained and roughly chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For Serving:
French Demi Baguettes
crackers
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add in the roasted peppers, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined. Serve on toasted baguettes or with crackers.
