Do you like baked potatoes? How about mashed? What about both? This recipe adds a new twist to your favorite side dish! Instead of completely mashing the potatoes, you will flatten them in a way. The edges will be crisp while the inside will be still soft. Also, some herbs are added to the mix to make the tastes balance perfectly.
