This boosts up the flavor and texture of your favorite veggies by crisping the outside and keeping the inside still tender and delicious. Not to mention this recipe includes herbs and garlic to season to your own taste!

4 large carrots
2 parsnips
1 large sweet onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
Salt and pepper
