Roll Smoked Salmon with Yogurt

Ingredients for 1 person

70 g natural yoghurt 3.5% fat
80 g smoked salmon
20 g Lettuce
10 g green onions
3 pcs black olives
1 piece cherry tomato
5 g Garlic
10 g sunflower seeds
 Sea salt
fresh grounded black pepper
1. First prepare the yogurt cream: cut out the pits from olives and slice them thin. Then cut the garlic and the cherry tomato. Mix all the ingredients with yogurt and seasoned them with salt and pepper. 2. Roast the sunflower seeds in a heated pan for 4 minutes then add them to the cream. 3. Take a lettuce leaf and add it over the onions (cut the onion lengthwise and stretch it along the length of lettuce). Cover the lettuce and onion with a thin sliced piece of salmon 4. Roll all 3 ingredients and fix them with toothpicks. Enjoy!
