Not your ordinary Imitation Crab Salad recipe. This Russian version features rice, corn, eggs, and cucumber. Filling and comforting!
11 oz. (300g) imitation crab meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 English cucumber, chopped

½ cup rice
1 small can corn (I used 7oz. or 200g)
3 tablespoons mayo

½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
