My S\\\\\\\'mores Cupcakes are the perfect Summer treat in cupcake form! Rich chocolate cake, filled with marshmallow fluff and topped with velvety smooth chocolate frosting and crushed digestives.

For the cupcakes:
3/4 stick unsalted butter
1 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder, the best you can afford
2tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
For the filling:
1/2 a 7oz jar of Marshmallow Fluff
For the frosting:
2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 cups icing sugar, sifted
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2-3tbsp milk
1/3 cup graham crackers
