1 tomato
'40 Fresh buffalo cheese
0.5 roasted eggplant
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 g oregano
Cleaned and sliced ??tomatoes on wheels. Slice the eggplant and cheese wheels. Peel and finely chopped garlic. In small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic and oregano. In a large pan arrange tomatoes to them, gently "advocate" cheese and eggplant to it. Pour the sauce of olive oil and serve.
