Salmon & Avocado Stuffed Lettuce Wraps

A wonderful way to use leftover salmon that is quick, easy, & healthy!

1 cooked salmon filet, chilled
1-2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. fresh dill
2 tbsp. greek yogurt
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 ripe avocado
2 lettuce leaves
Flake salmon filet in to a medium bowl. Mix together with onion, dill, yogurt, & lemon juice. Slice avocado & place 1/2 in each lettuce leaf. Top with salmon mixture. Salt & pepper to taste.
