1 cup bitter (natural) cocoa powder
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups strong coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Filling:
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons
Frosting:
2 cups unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups cocoa powder, sifted
8 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 teaspoon vanilla
6-8 tablespoons whole milk
