Fudge Layer
1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
3-1/2 cups confectioners\' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salted Pecan Caramel Layer
30 caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon water
1 to 2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped (depending on your nut preference)

Salted Chocolate Layer
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions Spray an 8\\\" baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside. Fudge Layer In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk and microwave on high until mixture boils, for approximately 2 minutes. Add in confectioners\\\' sugar and vanilla and stir until combined and pour into baking pan and spread out evenly. Salted Pecan Caramel Layer In another microwave-safe bowl, heat caramels and water on high for 1-1/4 minutes or until melted. Stir pecans into caramel and stir until combined; add a couple of pinches of sea salt. Salted Chocolate Layer Microwave chocolate chips on high for 30 seconds or until melted. Spread over caramel layer with back of spoon. Add a couple of pinches of sea salt. (I sprinkled then mixed it into the chocolate with the back of spoon. Chill until firm. Cut into small squares, very rich!
