A delicious grown up version of the popular treat combines chocolate and caramel with sea salt.

6 cups puffed rice cereal
4 tablespoons butter plus extra for greasing the dish
10.5 ounces (1 bag) marshmallows
3.5 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
2 ounces caramel bits
3 ounces mini dark chocolate chips

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
