This Samoa Cake is the perfect combination of chocolate, caramel, and coconut. Moist, delicious, and perfectly rich!

2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 1/2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (see note)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
12 TBSPs unsalted butter, room temperature
12 oz bottle caramel sauce
4 cups powdered sugar
1 TBSP milk
1 cup toasted coconut
